BRAINY SAM

BRAINY SAM™ aims to boost students’ sensory-motor skills, attention and EQ.

Using SMART Moves™, our successful gym-based programme, and PATHS (Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies), BRAINY SAM™ aims to boost students’ sensory-motor skills, attention and EQ.

During each BRAINY SAM™ session, your child will participate in specially-designed movement activities to build both gross and fine motor coordination. These activities also strengthen the foundations for efficient handwriting and increased focus. The session will also includes PATHS time where your child will participate in story and group interaction.

Developed in USA by Carol A. Kusché, Ph.D. and Mark T. Greenberg, Ph.D., the PATHS program is grounded in social and emotional learning. Children gain better self-esteem and self-control as they learn to successfully manage their feelings and relationships.

Expected Areas of Improvement:

  • Body and spatial awareness
  • Focus and organisation
  • Gross and fine motor skills
  • Efficient handwriting
  • Rhythm and timing
  • Learning speed
  • Emotional regulation
  • Self-control and empathy for others
  • Self-esteem and confidence
